They handled everything (paperwork, scheduled appointments dealt directly with the company that I was having problems with) all the way through settlement. I was not happy with the initial offer and they made sure that I was satisfied with my settlement. They were all professional and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner.

  I thought that this service would be to good to be true...but much to my surprise it works...I had a SUV from a manufacturer that I had been loyal to all my life. I had bought many new cars and trucks from them over the years and thought that my loyalty over this time would have them be loyal to me if I ever needed them. Boy was I ever wrong. They flat out told me only what the warranty covers will they do. I was treated like anyone else. The SUV I was driving was possessed...everything electronic that could go wrong did...until the dealer had it. Then it was no problem found. So I was forced to reach out for help and thought I'd give Kimmel & Silverman a shot. Best thing I ever did. They took care of everything and I have the greatest respect for them. My case is now settled and I could not be happier. Thank you K & S for everything. If you need help this is the only place to call.
